Astrals will most likely be obtained by killing roaming Dopplegangers.
Also there is all the "New" Dragon weapons with fully functional Procs.
No rp/bp transfer the rp/bp rate is high enough so you shouldn't have a problem starting fresh
All classes are playable, except for catacomb classes/Maulers
